I’m coming to my mother in law’s place with my family. Today’s very hot like summer. We went to the park which had a fountain and my eldest son was very glad. He really liked playing with the fountain. Since my youngest son who is 1 year old played there for the first time, he seemed afraid. haha Now both of them are sleeping with good smile.

I used to work very hard without a concrete goal and after I got to be able to work to some extent, I got bored and then I got to be interested in other work. 2 years ago, I realized I was wrong. I’m getting understand how to achieve the goal. First, we need to imagine our ideal figure. Secondly, we set a concrete goal regarding the deadline and ideal situation. Then, we make a plan on a daily basis. But many people can’t continue to do what they planned. I recommend you look at the picture or letter regarding your goal every day to remind you of your ideal situation. Your effort will change your future.

As a Japanese, we tend not to give our opinions directly. Modesty is good in the Japanese culture. However, we should express our opinions to others. They cannot understand us if we do not share our opinions.
